Make time for YOU!

We all know that the holiday season is CRAZY โ€” we are constantly running around and most likely arenโ€™t being as mindful about our day as we would like to be. To help with the holiday stress, I've put together a list of a few of my ๐š‘๐š˜๐š•๐š’๐š๐šŠ๐šข ๐šœ๐šŽ๐šŠ๐šœ๐š˜๐š— ๐šœ๐šŽ๐š•๐š ๐šŒ๐šŠ๐š›๐šŽ ๐šœ๐šž๐š๐š๐šŽ๐šœ๐š๐š’๐š˜๐š—๐šœ!


- Make time for some quality alone time

- End your day with gratitude.

- Write down 3 things that made you smile every day

- Take a walk outside

- Watch a feel-good movie

- Stay Hydrated!

- Spend quality time with friends and family

- Sleep well and take naps

- Treat yo' self


Itโ€™s important to find time for self-care all year round, but even more so during the holidays, as stress tends to build up more than normal. We are spending more money than usual, attending (or hosting) more social events, and finishing up a lot of work in our jobs before the end of the year.


Let this be your reminder to SLOW DOWN and be kind to yourself this holiday season.
